multi dimensional design languages
This discourse explores the nuanced intersection of design, media and architecture in the context of our contemporary existence and examines the emergence of multidimensional design languages characterised by the tools and methods of the digital age. In a world permeated by contradictory perspectives, the discourse navigates the coexistence of tangible reality and the expansive realms of the virtual, emphasising the profound influence of media, information and the ubiquitous digital footprint.
To develop specific design ideologies, I have initiated a series of case studies organised in a series, each with its own distinctive theme and approach. The sequence follows a logical progression from one series to the next.
This structured sequence enables the development and refinement of design ideologies, with each series building on the ideas, methods and backgrounds of the previous ones. The series concept maintains continuity while allowing for a natural evolution of design thinking and exploration.
